Shipping policy

At Elated Hippie, all of our products are manufactured and distributed from locations within the United States. When you purchase from Elated Hippie, your order will be shipped from the nearest available US-based distribution center. We take pride in supporting American jobs and businesses, and we thank you for doing the same by shopping with us

At Elated Hippie, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy provides detailed information about our shipping methods, rates, and delivery times.

  1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  2. Shipping Methods and Rates We work with various printing and distribution centers throughout the United States to ensure efficient delivery. The shipping rates for your order will depend on the items purchased and the location of the nearest available distribution center.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You will see the applicable shipping rates at checkout before placing your order.

  1. Delivery Times Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
  3. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  4. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Elatedhippie@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
  5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.
  6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track your package.
  7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Since we only ship within the United States, there are no additional customs, duties, or taxes for our shipments.
