Returns & Refund Policy

At Elated Hippie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
